By dropping into a deep relaxation and guided visualization, you'll be immersed in the healing energy of Unconditional Love, and experience energy clearings in support of being able to Allow & Receive.

Through a process of experiential visioning, you will play and explore, identifying what you would like to experience and create, and journal what you've discovered.

And bring this energy into your body, through additional tools amd practices you can bring into your every day. to strengthen your energy and connection to your vision for yourself and your life.

Now is an AMAZING Time for Visioning.
Some Key Info:
The classes are whole experiences unto themselves. I invite you block time in your calendar for when it works best for you, as the prep sessions are rleased... Think of it like scheduling an appointment for a massage or healing session for yourself. Stepping out of the daily to-dos, and creating a space that is suspended in time, in a calm, private environment. Don't let a busy schedule keep you from creating this space for you to pause and connect and play in the possibilities for your life. I anticipate them being about 30-45 minutes each.
This is about cultivating your energy, your vision, and accessing your truth. And these classes are... a healing regenerative space that serves to nourish you and prepare your energy, nervous system, body, and mind to gently create the shifts in frequency that align with your vision. This then serves to create greater clarity in your vision so that it is resonant with your true self... not influenced inadvertently by dissonance and interference from external conditioning and expectations.
You'll have begun the preparation process by this time. Exploring some of the energies and tools. And I invite you to join me at 3pm to do some live prep work together, ask any questions, and receive support around visioning and what has been up for you. We're also entering the Full Moon energy, so we can do some clearing work, too.
The workshop is a 1.5-2hr event. We'll bring everything together, and delve in deep to this beautiful visioning energy. This is the one to attend live if you can, so mark your calendar! You will go through an integrative visioning process, as well as create tools and learn how to use them to support you beyond the workshop. They will serve to establish, cultivate and embody the resonance and frequency to match the shifts and new experiences you are seeking to create.

Whether you've worked with me in some capacity or not, this workshop and series is open to all! You don't need to have experience with energy work, visioning, or have artwork from me to participate. My focus is creating this healing space of possibilities to support you in accessing YOUR truth and potential to bring it into your lived reality. And to do so by guiding you through processes and teaching tools to spark your InnerFire, gently burning away any interference whether from without or within. While integrating and strengthening your empowered state of Being. This is how we not only change our lives. This is how we change the world.
My GIFT to you! It's been a long reveal to me, as well as a part of my own personal process to be ready to share in this way, and more formally share ways you can actively engage with your paintings and prints... So, have your Personal Alignment Painting (aka Energy Vortex painting) with you, to amplify and align your experience further with your highest possibilities. Or your Quantum Support painting, if what came through it is still alive, in process, and active in your energy. If you have any of the art prints, and the theme is one that resonates at this time, have that with you... for the Quality of Being which we with to experience is at the heart of it all.
Whether you have worked with me before or not, jump on in, the water is fabulous! Or step in gently, toe first... You will be held and supported in this space. Many of you probably have done various visioning, journaling, or energy work practices. This class series and workshop is a combination of tools and processes that I have been utilizing, developing, and integrating over the years for both myself and with clients. I will feel into the energy of the group, and trust that it will flow in just the right way for this moment! Each moment, you have the capacity to be born anew if you open ourselves up, and heal the past, release expectations, allowing yourself to be more fully in this moment-- interrupting the perpetuation of any patterns that no longer serve or are limiting in ways counter to your full expression and highest possibilities. So, simply show up as who you are in this moment, and it will be a fresh experience.
It's always the time to vision, and connect with the energy of what you would like to create. I intend to offer some type of visioning workshop each season. Actively engaging this energy consistently, is part of the paradigm shift to living from energy awareness and cocreation. AND... there has been so much happening to support major transformations, releasing the past, and opening to the new in the last couple of months. I invite you to make the most of this truly supportive time that has also been rather chaotic... That chaos and disruption is fertile ground for major shifts, opening to imagined and unimagined possibilities, and new beginnings.
